JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities

  1. Undertake comprehensive property valuations adhering to international standards like IVS (International Valuation Standards) or specific requirements of Financial Institutions.
  2. Prepare formalized, structured, and well-researched valuation reports to provide clients with insightful and customized solutions.
  3. Conduct in-depth market research to gather real-time data and relevant insights for accurate property assessments.
  4. Utilize your financial acumen and analytical skills to analyze data, apply valuation methodologies, and support clients in making informed decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver exceptional service.

Key Skills

  1. Solid understanding of valuation methodologies, including income, market, and cost approaches.
  2. Proficiency in financial modelling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and investment analysis.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex valuation findings clearly.
  4. Strong analytical capabilities to handle diverse valuation challenges with precision.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field

Location: Bangalore, New Delhi and Mumbai

Relevant Experience: 5 years+ (In Property Valuation Stream Only). The Candidates from Banks, NBFCs or any Valuation firm.

Key skills and responsibilities

  1. Review the documents received from clients prior to allocation to field engineers.
  2. Thorough knowledge Bangalore property market and property documents, bye-laws
  3. Good working knowledge on various methods of valuation
  4. Inspection of Property (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), within defined TAT, checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc.
  5. Should be able to assess the correct/ appropriate property rates from various sources like real estate agents, govt guidance value, adjoining properties and other methods
  6. Gather information from sub-registrars and other agencies on data related to registrations (like rental, sale, and other mortgage related information)
  7. Should be able to assess the quality of construction, quality of maintenance & residual age.
  8. Maintain team of site engineers and report writers, guild and train the staff wrt property valuations and report preparation

Qualification: Graduate/ BE Civil

Location: Bangalore

Relevant Experience: 0-2 years+ (In Valuation Stream) (The Candidates preferred from Banks, NBFCs or any Valuation firm)

 

Key requirements & responsibilities

  1. Relevant knowledge of Property Valuation
  2. Inspection of Property (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), within defined TAT, checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc.
  3. Should be able to assess the quality of construction, quality of maintenance & residual age.
  4. Should be able to take property dimensions and record the same.
  5. Would be require to conduct site survey
  6. Should be able to assess the correct/ appropriate property rates from various sources like real estate agents, govt guidance value, adjoining properties and other methods
  7. Analyze approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws.

Qualification: Graduate (BCom, BSc, BE, BA)

  1. Good communication skills, Computer knowledge & skills like MS Word, Excel and basic internet browsing
  2. Candidate would be required to make the valuation report as per the format approved by clients, with the provided data set.
  3. Candidate must coordinate with Site Managers and collate all information as required in the report.
  4. Adhere and maintain the report quality.
  5. Maintain data on the case summary including client details, type of case, valuation manager, date of receipt of case & submission, etc
